Hi, I'm Jacquelyn
Welcome to SolFood Collective, where healing begins with simple daily choices.

I’m Jacquelyn Jones, a Certified Health and Wellness Practitioner and Vegan Chef. Years ago, I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I was dependent on a cane and sometimes a wheelchair. I was exhausted, in pain, scared of what my future was going to look like, and overwhelmed by the idea that this might be my new normal.

Everything changed when I learned how to use food and lifestyle to support my body instead of fight it. Little by little, my symptoms faded. I returned to movement. Yoga became my therapy. Meditation became my reset. I slowly reclaimed my life.

Now I help others do the same.

Through one on one coaching and digital wellness programs, I teach you how to nourish your body, support your gut, and create habits that feel doable, not stressful. My approach is rooted in compassion and lived experience. No perfection required. Just willingness.

I share what worked: the mind–belly connection, gut health, stress, sleep, and simple plant-focused habits that support the body’s ability to heal. My talks are practical and rooted in lived experience, not theory.
I don’t teach perfection. I teach possibility.
